Your file might not be supported by the device you are trying to add the file to. If you would like to edit the video, then Motionbox has an awesome video editor for you.ĭepending on your purposes a YouTube file may need to be converted to a mp4 file for compatibility purposes. When it's done you will have a free mp4 file that you can download with no strings attached. This is nice if you need to leave and get a link while on the go. Depending on your settings and the output format it could take a moment.īe patient on this step, you can enter your email if you would like to get a downloadable link when it is ready. Give it a few minutes to convert your YouTube file into mp4 (or which ever formats you have defined). The default will be mp4, but you can change the format on the fly, once you're happy, you can click the convert button. At the top of the metadata you will see a format dropdown button.
In a matter of seconds (typically) you will see the video, with it's metadata on the right.
Once your YouTube video is uploaded (it doesn't have to be YouTube, we will automatically detect the format if it's different), you will see a progress bar. If your file is not of YouTube type, then the system will automatically detect the file for you. Alternatively you can click the big blue button that says "Upload File". Simply drag and drop your YouTube file within the upload zone above.
